摘要
为减少家禽粪便中NH3的释放,有效改善鸡舍生产环境,保障鸡群健康,分离来自水、土壤、粪便等127株芽孢菌,并进行最佳抑氨菌的筛选。菌株的筛选包括限制性培养基的初筛和抑氨富集培养基的复筛,抑氨菌的实际除臭效果试验采用三角瓶封闭检测法。经过初筛和复筛共筛选出6株氨氮降解率>20%的芽孢菌;通过6株芽孢菌对粪便的除臭效果验证试验发现,24 h时芽孢菌Y-64的除臭效果最好,达33.33%,随着时间的延长各组的除臭效果均逐渐减弱。试验结果表明,Y-64是一株性能较好具有抑氨和除臭功能的芽孢菌。
Bacillus with high-efficient inhibitng ammonia emission were used to reduce the concentration of ammonia in feces, and improve the production environment of henhouse effectively to ensure the health of chickens. Bacillus with high-efficient inhibitng ammonia emission were screened from 127 strains of bacillus which separated from wastewater, soil or faeces. The screening includes two parts. The first screening used restrictive medium, the second screening used suppression of ammonia enrichment medium. The concentration of Ammonia in the feces re- flected bacillus deodorization performance. 6 strains of bacillus were screened whose degradation rate of ammonia ni- trogen more than 20%. Y-64 had the best deodorization effect, as high as 33.33%. All deodorization effect of each group was weakening gradually. The results showed that Y-64 had high-efficient ammonia emissions inhibition per- formance and deodorization performance.
