摘要
本文就几种不同平均分子量 (MW =1 .5 6× 1 0 4 ,3.3× 1 0 4 ,9.5× 1 0 4 ,7.2× 1 0 5)的α 壳聚糖对水产品中的几种常见菌 (大肠杆菌 ,金黄色葡萄球菌 ,枯草杆菌 ,产气夹膜杆菌 )及鱼体表杂菌的抑制作用做了研究。结果表明 :以上分子量的α 壳聚糖对上述菌的生长都起了抑制作用 ,并且低分子量的α 壳聚糖的抑菌效果优于高分子量的α 壳聚糖 ,即MW =1 .5 6× 1 0 4 的抑菌作用最强 ,MW =7.2× 1 0
The antibiotic activities of α chitosan with different molecular weights ( MW =1.56×10 4, 3.3×10 4, 9.5×10 4 and 7.2×10 5) against such strains of bacteria as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Clostridium perfringens commonly present in aquatic products as well as miscellaneous microbes on fish epidermis were studied in this paper. The experimental results demonstrated that α chitosan showed its antibiotic activity in different degree and the antibiotic activity was enhanced with the decrease of average molecular weight of α chitosan. α Chitosan with MW =1.56×10 4 inhibited the growth of experimental microbes more effectively than others with MW =3.3×10 4,9.5×10 4 and 7.2×10 5.
