摘要
针对山东省十里泉发电厂330 MW凝汽式机组凝汽器铜管频繁泄露问题,阐述了将凝汽器进行换型改造的必要性,提出了凝汽器改造方案并进行了实施,消除了凝结水质超标、凝汽器背压增高的现象,并通过实验数据计算得出了凝汽器换型改造后产生的节能效果。实践证明,通过凝汽器换型改造,达到了显著节能效果,值得在同类型机组中推广。
Aiming at the frequent leakage of condenser cooper tube Plant, this paper expounds the necessity of retrofit and modification of 300 MW unit in Shandong Shiliquan power of condenser, proposes modification plan ,which is implemented, solves over-standard condensation water and increased back pressure, and calculates the energy sav- ing effect after retrofit and modification through experiment data. Practice proves that the condenser after retrofit and modification enjoys a great effect of energy saving, which is worth extending in units of the same type.
