摘要
建立了气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)检测化妆品中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺残留量的方法。样品经甲醇超声提取后,滤液直接检测。采用外标法,选择离子定量。N,N-二甲基乙酰胺在0.1~10mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r^2)为0.999。在0.2、1.0、2.0 mg/kg添加水平下的平均回收率为89.6%~96.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~3.9%,表明方法适用于化妆品中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺残留量的检测。
The method for determination of N, N-dimethylacetamide residue in cosmetics by gas chromatography/mass spec trometry（GC/MS） was established. The sample was ultrasonic extracted with methanol, then the filtrate was sampled directly. Using external standard method with selected ion quantification, the N, N-dimethylacetamide in cosmetics had good linear rela- tionship within concentrations between 0. 1 to 10mg /L, and orrelationcoefficient （t2） was 0.999. In 0. 2, 1.0, 2.0 mg/ kg, the average recoveries of spiked level were 89.6% to 96. I aud the relative standard deviations （RSDs） were 2.4% to 3. 9%. The results showed tbat tbe method was suitable for determination of N, N-dimethylaeetamide residue in cosmetics.
