摘要
报道一例男性自出生起伴有巨大皮肤黑色素痣的患者,以间断性头疼和右眼视力障碍入院.脑核磁显示颅内多发占位.该患者除了皮肤黑色素痣外无其他颅外器官异常,患者接收手术切除,术后病理为颅内恶性黑色素瘤伴先天皮肤黑色素痣,3个月后患者死亡,对于先天性巨大黑色素痣的患者应该注意早期全面检查,特别是中枢神经系统的检查,以排除NCM,目前还没有有效治愈此疾病的方法.
This paper reported a case of a man with a giant large congenital melanocytic naevi since birth. The patient was hospitalized because of intermittent headache, decreased visual acuity in his right eye. Brain magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated a multiple space ,- occupying lesions in brain who had no extracranial abnormalities except large nevi. The pa- tient underwent a neurosurgical procedure and the tumors were macroscopically totally ex- cised. Diagnosis of NCM was established by careful pathological examination of the surgical specimen. The man died three months later. Patients with large or multiple congenital mel- anocytic naevi should be carefully followed up with clinical examination and neuroimaging to exclude NCM. At present there is no curative treatment.
