摘要
目的探讨重组健康宣教在产科宣教的应用效果。方法将2012年6-9月的120例按入院先后分对照组和实验组各60例。对照组用责任制健康宣教模式，实验组在此基础上行重组健康教育比较两组效果。结果实验组的自然分娩率，母乳喂养率，产妇及家属健康知识知晓率明显高于对照组，（P〈0．05），产后并发症明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论重组健康教育能切实落实健康教育，提高产妇自然分娩率和母乳喂养率，明显提高产妇及家属健康教育知晓率，减低母婴并发症，显著提高患者对护理工作的满意度，满足产科病房优质护理需要。
Objective To explore the application effect of restructuring health education in obstetric nursing. Methods Divided the 120 cases （from July to September in 2012） into control group and experimental group, each group had 60 cases. The control group with the responsibility system for health education mode. The experimental group on the basis of upward restructuring health education, then compared two sets of results. Results Experimental group＇ s natural cllildbirth, breasffeeding rate, maternal and their families＇ health knowledge were higher than that of the experimental group （P〈0.05）. Postpartum complications were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The restructuring of the health education can implement the health education. The rate of childbirth puerperal natural and breastfeeding is higher. The maternal and their families healthy education awareness are also improved, what＇ s more, it reduces maternal and infant complications, significantly improvs patients satisfaction of nursing work and meets the needs of the maternity ward nursing quality.
