摘要
衰老被视为一种被动过程,但是随着研究的深入发现衰老细胞分泌一些因子能主动改变周围环境,这些因子被称为衰老相关分泌表型(SASP)。SASP包含多种因子,如生长因子、蛋白酶和炎性因子等,这些分泌因子依赖其所处的生物环境既可以诱导自身衰老又能促进细胞增殖,具有双向调节作用。尽管目前对于SASP的调节尚不完全清楚,但核因子κB、CCAAT增强子结合蛋白β、p38丝裂原激活蛋白激酶能够调节SASP的分泌。该文就近年来对SASP的研究进展予以综述。
Aging is seen as a passive process,but the depth studies found that senescent cells can take the initiative to change the surrounding environment by secreting some factors,which are termed as the senescence-associated secretory phenotype( SASP). The SASP contains a variety of factors,such as growth factors, proteases,and inflammatory cytokines. These factors depending on their biological environment can not only induce aging but also promote cell proliferation,with two-way adjustment role. However,the regulation mechanism of SASP is not fully understood. The studies have shown that NF-κB,C/EBPβ,p38MAPK can regulate SASP secretion. Here is to make a review of the research progress of SASP in recent years.
