摘要
针对近几年发现的变压器在运行中铜腐蚀引起绝缘故障的问题,设计了变压器油加速热老化试验;在25#变压器新油中分别加入Cu片、Cu2O粉末和CuO粉末,加热到120℃保持48天,测试及分析不同老化时间下变压器油的微水、酸值、介质损耗因数及其变化规律,研究不同价态的铜对变压器油性能的影响。结果表明:Ⅰ价铜对变压器油微水、酸值及介质损耗的变化影响最大。
In view of the insulation failure problem caused from the copper corrosion in power transformer found recently, an accelerated thermal aging experiment was designed. After adding Cu, Cu2O and CuO into 25# new transformer oil respectively and heating to 120 ℃ and keeping for 48 days, the water content, acid value, dielectric loss factor and their change law of the transformer oil were tested under different aging time, and the effect of different valence copper on the performance of the transformer oil was studied. The results show that the effect of Cu+ on the water content, acid value and dielectric loss factor of the transformer oil is the biggest.
