摘要
固形物是白酒质量的主要检验项目之一,其含量在各种香型的白酒标准中都有规定。按照国家标准GB/T10345-2007《白酒分析方法》中白酒固形物测定方法,对白酒中固形物测量不确定度分析和评价,得出白酒中固形物测量不确定度的主要来源。结果显示,重复性测量不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响是最大的,其他因素影响较小。因此,本实验室在白酒固形物含量的测定时,严格控制环境条件,精细稳定操作,保证检测结果精密度。该评定方法对提高白酒固形物的检测准确度具有重要参考意义。
As the regulations in all flavor liquor standards, solids is one of the major testing items in the quality of liquor. According to the detection method of liquor solids in the National Standard GB/T 10345-2007 "Liquor Analysis Methods", the evaluation and analysis of uncertainty in measurement of solids in liquor could tell us the main source of uncertainty in measurement of solids in liquor. The results showed that the effects of the measurements repeatability was the most influential factor of the uncertainty of measurement results, other factors affected slightly. Therefore, our institute controled the environmental conditions strictly, operated precisely and stably to ensure accuracy of test results in measurement of solid in liquor. This evaluation method has important reference significance for improving the detection accuracy of liquor solids.
