摘要
目的:研究新藤黄酸纳米囊(NGA-NC)在小鼠体内的肝靶向性。方法:HPLC法测定NGA-NC试验组与新藤黄酸(NGA)对照组小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾及血浆中NGA的含量,比较两组小鼠体内药物分布特点,进行靶向评价。结果:NGA-NC试验组与NGA对照组比较,在肝脏的分布差异有显著性,NGA-NC组能显著增加NGA在肝脏的分布。结论:NGA-NC能增加NGA的肝靶向性。
Objective： To study the liver targeting of neogambogic acid nanocapsules in mice. Methods ： The concentration of NGA in the heart, liver , spleen, lung, kidney, and blood were determined by HPLC. The distribution of NGA in mice was studied. And the targeting properly of NGA was evaluated. Results： The result showed that the test group was evidently different from the control group, which could evidently increase the distribution of NGA in liver. Conclusion： The NGA-NC has good liver targeting properly.
