摘要
海参是无脊椎动物,不具有特异性免疫,只具有非特异性免疫。免疫增强剂能增强机体免疫应答,增强海参对病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生虫等引起疾病的抵抗力,对疾病的防控起到积极的作用。随着科技的发展,对海参免疫机制及其免疫增强剂有了进一步的研究。本文针对近年来海参的免疫机制及免疫增强剂对其影响的研究进行了综述及展望。
Sea cucumbers belong to invertebrates and only have non- specific immunity without any specific immuni- ty. Immunostimulants,which play a positive role in the prevention and control of disease,can enhance the immune response and cucumber's resistance against viruses,bacteria,fungi and parasites. With the development of science and technology,seacucumber's immune mechanisms and immunostimulants were further studied. In this paper,the studies on the sea cucumber's immune mechanisms and the impacts of immunostimulants in recent years were re- viewed and prospected.
