摘要
近年来企业正处在技术不断创新、专利的重要性与日俱增的环境下,企业如何在竞争激烈的外部环境、自身资源有限以及关键技术掌握在跨国公司的情况下,如何有效运用专利取得技术的优势地位,以提升自身的竞争力和经营绩效。本文希望从技术的层面,以专利分析和竞合观点帮助企业选择自己在技术研发上的合作伙伴和交易合作方式,并提供一种技术竞合分析的参考模式。
