摘要
采用微波-Fenton氧化-PAFSi絮凝法处理含油废水,结果表明,200 mL水样先经微波辐射6 min,在pH=2,H2O2(30%)3.5 g/L,Fe2+1.3 g/L的条件下氧化4 h后,采用聚硅酸铝铁(Al∶Fe∶Si=10∶2∶1)和聚丙烯酰胺在pH=8时进行絮凝实验,处理后废水浊度、SS、COD、含油量和色度分别降低了99.46%、96.66%、91.94%、97.97%和95.00%,且经处理后废水的BOD5/COD由原水的0.04提高到0.53。实验还分析了含油废水的降解机理。
The microwave-Fenton oxidation-flocculation method was investigated to treat the oily wastewater. In this study, 200 mL of wastewater was treated with microwave for 6 min, then oxidated 4 hours un- der the conditions of pH = 2, 3.5 g/L of H2 02 (30%) , 1.3 g/L of Fe2 +. Final poly aluminum silicate iron ( Fe :AI: Si = 10: 2:1 ) and polyacrylamide were used in the floeeulation experiment (pH =8). The results showed that the turbidity, SS, COD, oil content and chrominanee of effluent decreased by 99.46%, 96.66%, 91.94% , 97.97% and 95.00% ,respectively, the value of BODs/COD changed from 0.04 to 0.53 after treat- ment, which indicated that the water quality was improved greatly, and the treatment effect was remarkable. The degradation mechanisms of oily wastewater were also analyzed.
