摘要
目的探讨机械排痰在预防高血压脑出血术后肺部感染的效果。方法选取开颅血肿清除术后送重症监护室住院的高血压脑出血患者347例,随机分成观察组(175例)和对照组(172例)。观察组使用振动排痰机进行排痰,对照组采用传统手叩击法进行排痰。比较2组患者2周内肺部感染的发生率。结果实验组2周内肺部感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械排痰在预防高血压脑出血术后患者肺部感染中的效果明显,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of mechanical sputum excretion to prevent pneumonia of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods 347 hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients after operation were randomly divided into intervention group(175 patients) and control group(172 patients).The patients in intervention group were given vibratory spum-ejection apparatus on sputum excretion,while the patients in control group were given traditional method on sputum excretion.The incidence rate of pneumonia between two groups in 2 weeks was compared.Results The incidence rate of pneumonia of intervention group was less than that of the control group.The effect of intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mechanical sputum excretion can prevent pneumonia of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients effectively,which should be widely used in nursing.
