摘要
本文通过对不同提取方法的比较 ,采用甲醇冷浸 -碱液浸取的联合提取方法进行了蜂蛹中黄酮类化合物的提取研究 ,详细探讨了不同提取条件对提取效率的影响 ,并利用分光光度法进行定量测定 ,证实蜂蛹中含有活性成份黄酮类化合物 ,含量为每 1 0 0克 3 0～ 4 0mg。
The extraction method for activity content in bee chrysalis was developed Flavones were extracted by combination of cold\|methanol and alkaline solution and the extraction conditions for pH and temperature were described in detail The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of bee chrysalis.The extraction rate is 98.8% and ther are 30-40mg/100g of flavones in bee chrysalis.
