摘要
采用文献检索、问卷调查、访谈、分析比较等方法,在详细了解国内外体教结合建设高水平运动队基础上,结合南京工业大学和江苏省体育局联合探索"省队校办、体教结合"模式的成功实践,探讨高校举办高水平运动队可行性和有效性,为今后我国体教结合培养竞技体育人才提出合理化建议。
This paper aims to explore the feasibility and validity of university- operated high- level sports teams, summarize comprehensively the operational situation of this specific mode and put forward suggestion for cultivating competitive sports talents in China by reviewing literature, investigating the high - level sports teams at home and abroad, analyzing the successful practice of NJUT and The Jiangsu Province Sports Bureau Joint Mode of ＂University - operated Provincial Team, Combination of Training and Education＂ and interviewing other related individuals and organizations with questionnaires.
