摘要
采用 PE、 PVA两种塑膜袋包装 ,比较了不同温度下西兰花的贮藏性。结果表明 :采用 0 .0 0 4 cm的 PE膜于 0℃下贮藏西兰花 2个月 ,失重小于 1 .5% ,花球表现为青绿色 ;商品率达 95%。
The storage expriment of sprouting broccoli had been studied in temperature and packing material PE and PVA.The result shoned:The sprouting broccoli was stored 2 months with o℃ temperature and 0 04mm thick film,the losing weight of sprouting broccoli was less than 1.5% and the colorof it showed darkgreen and the commodity rate was 95%
