脂质组学技术在非酒精性脂肪性肝病中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的发病率不断攀高且起病渐趋低龄化,现已成为发达国家和地区的第一大肝病,在中国也有可能成为慢性肝病的首要病因。近年来通过高通量脂质组学技术对NAFLD早期诊断、发病机制进行研究,希望能更好地对NAFLD进行临床早期干预及治疗。
