摘要
分析了姚孟电厂 1 0 0 0 t/h锅炉排烟温度、飞灰含碳量偏高的原因 ,提出了相应的改造方案 ,并用数值计算的方法模拟了改造前后的炉内流场 ,认为变化不大。改造后排烟温度降低了 1 5.1°C,飞灰含碳量从原来的 8.6%降低到 3 .4 %左右 ,机械不完全燃烧损失降低 3 %以上。图 5表
This paper analyzes thereasons of which exhaust gas temperature and carbon content of fly ash are higher than the normal levels at 1000t/h boiler in Yaomen Power Generation Plant. A detailed retrofit plan according to this is raised. The flow fields in the furnace chamber are also simulated with a numerical method. There is little change before and after the retrofitting works. The exhaust gas temperature is decreased by 15.1°C and the carbon content of fly ash changed from 8.6% to about 3.4%, q 4 dropped by more than 3%. Figs 5 and table 4.
