摘要
目的:观察三黄灭菌汤联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将190例患者随机分为对照组93例、观察组97例。对照组给予单纯西药三联疗法治疗,观察组加服三黄灭菌汤,每日1剂。2组均于连续服药4周后观察疗效及复发率。结果:观察组痊愈率、总有效率分别为84.54%和90.72%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2个月时和治疗后1年时复发率观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三黄灭菌汤联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染所致胃炎临床疗效显著,复发率低。
Objective： To survey therapeutic effects ofSanHuang MieJun Tang and triple therapy in the treat- ment for Hp-infected gastritis. Method： All 190 patients were randomly allocated to 93 cases of the control group and 97 cases of the observation group. The control group were administered with triple therapy and the observation group took SanHuang MieJun Tang, one dose per day. Therapeutic effects and relapse rate of both groups were ob- served after treating for four consecutive weeks. Result： Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 84.54% and 90.72%, higher than those rates of the control group remarkably （P〈0.05）; the relapse rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treating for two months and one year （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： SanHuang MieJun Tang and triple therapy are effective for Hp-infected gastritis with low relapse rate.
