摘要
通过对现阶段高职院校教学督导工作特点的梳理,提出高职院校教学督导工作发展过程中可能遇到的瓶颈期问题及应对策略,旨在助力高职院校教学督导工作逾越发展瓶颈期,实现工作质量跨越式的提升。
The paper is designed to comb the educational supervision system of a junior college for its features, including problems, and then, on the basis of that, recommend countermeasures against the problems especially bottleneck ones. Right supervision will sure improve the teaching.
