摘要
基于山东省、四川省、广东省和浙江省1980—2010年数据,运用协整理论与方法对四省产业结构与就业结构的互动关系进行了对比研究。结果发现广东省三次产业增加值与就业人数存在长期均衡关系,山东省第一产业、四川省第三产业和浙江省第二产业增加值与就业人数不存在长期均衡关系。根据对比研究的结果,提出了优化产业结构与就业结构关系对策建议。
Based on the data from 1980 to 2010 in Shandong, Sichuan, Guangdong and Zhejiang Province, the interaction of industrial structure and labor structure was analyzed by using cointegration theory and method. The result show that Guangdong＇s value-added of three strata of industry and number of em- ployed persons of three strata of industry existed long-run equilibrium relationship, Shandongs value-add ed of the primary industry, Sichuans value-added of the tertiary industry and number of employed persons and Zhejiangs value-added of the secondary industry and number of employed persons did not exist long- run equilibrium relationship. Through the comparative research, suggestions for optimization the relation ship between industrial structure and labor structure is put forward.
