摘要
目的：研究前降钙素在小儿肺炎诊断中的临床价值。方法：选取2011-09—2013—09于我院住院治疗的小儿肺炎患者为研究对象，共114例，根据患儿诊断将其分为细菌性肺炎组（进一步划分为普通感染组与重症感染组）和病毒性肺炎组，并选取同期于我院儿童保健科就诊的健康儿童为对照组。比较细菌性肺炎组、病毒性肺炎组、对照组三组患儿前降钙素检测结果的阳性率及细菌性肺炎普通感染组与重症感染组前降钙素水平。结果：细菌感染组患儿前降钙素检查阳性率为83．61％，病毒感染组为13．21％，对照组为0．00％。细菌感染组患儿前降钙素检查结果阳性率明显高于病毒感染组、对照组，组间存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。细菌性肺炎普通感染组、重症感染组前降钙素水平明显高于对照组，组间存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）；重症感染组前降钙素水平明显高于普通感染组，组间亦存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：血清前降钙素含量的高低对于鉴别小儿细菌性肺炎和病毒性肺炎具有重要的临床价值，且患儿前降钙素检测结果越高，一般细菌感染程度就越重。
Objective：To study the clinical value of anterior descending of calcium in the diagnosis pneumonia in of children. Methods：From September 2011 to September 2013 in our hospital, 114 patients with pediatric pneumonia were selected as the research subjects, according to the diagnosis results, the children were divided into bacterial pneumonia group （further divided into Common in- fection group and severe infection group） and viral pneumonia group, and health suhjets were selected as control group. The positive rate of procalcitonin detection results and procalcitonin levels among three groups were compared, Results：The positive rate of procalci- tonin in bacterial infection group was 83.61%, the virus infection group was 13.21%, control group 0%. The positive rateof procalci- tonin test results in bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that of virus infection group and control group, there was sig- nificant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The bacteria pneumonia infection in severe infection group, common group of procalcitonin levels were significantly higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05） ; procaleitonin levels in severe in- fection group were significantly higher than the general infection group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The serum procalcitonin levels has important clinical value in the differential diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia and viral pneumonia in children, the higher precalcitonin detection result is, the more serious general bacterial infection degree is.
