摘要
为研究转盘轴承的寿命及可靠性,设计研制出转盘轴承实验台,为实现在较低计算成本、较高计算精度下对系统模型进行仿真研究,提出基于SimMechanics模块搭建实验台仿真模型。仿真模型是在有限元计算的基础上,将实验台结构简化为线性弹簧,将转盘轴承简化以进行仿真研究,并与采用经验公式、有限元模型不同方法进行对比。仿真结果表明:SimMechanics仿真模型的精度不及有限元模型,但误差在10%以内,仿真模型实现了机械系统与控制系统在同一仿真环境中搭建,并且仿真模型的计算成本远小于有限元模型。
In order to research the life and reliability of the slewing bearing, the slewing bearing experiment table has been designed. In order to achieve the simulation study on the system model at lower cost and higher calculation precision, a simulation model of its machinery structure was built by the SimMechanics module in Simulink software. The experiment table was simplified as a linear spring, based on results of the finite element calculation, and the slewing bearing was also simplified, it did the simulation research and compared the simulation results of SimMechanics to the empirical farmula and the results of FEM. The simulation demonstrated that the accuracy of SimMechanics model was not as good as FEM, but the error is less than lO percents by comparing the simulation results of SimMechanics to the empirical formula and the results of FEM, and the simulation model achieved that the mechanical system and operating system were established in the same environment and the costs of simulation model were far less-than the FEM.
