摘要
胶质 沥青质在近井带沉淀造成的堵塞是稠油油田开发过程中油井产能下降的重要原因之一。油田动态资料分析和室内实验相结合的研究方法可以提高解除此类堵塞的成功率 ,降低有机溶剂解堵 (特别是在海上油井作业 )的风险性。实验评价和施工结果表明 ,有机溶剂U 0 1对这种有机堵塞有很好的清洗作用。两口油井解堵后的液量分别为解堵前的 1.7倍和 4倍 ,证明研究结果与实际情况基本一致。而合理选井和严格控制施工质量是油井通过有机解堵提高增产油量的关键。
Asphaltene deposition in the near wellbore formation is a known cause of the decrease in well productivity during the exploitation of heavy oil field . Integrating various information and approaches can diagnose and remove such sl udge successfully, and reduce the risk of well treatment with organic solvent, w hich is especially important in an offshore field where the cost of well treatme nt is so high. The organic solvent U 01 developed by experimental study offers a perfect remedy to asphaltic plugging problems. Two wells are squeezed with U 01, and the production rates are 1.7 times and 4 times larger than that of the d amage removal respectively, which shows the whole research proce ss is reasonable. In order to improve oil production during well treatment with organic solvent, it is important to select well correctly and control the treatm ent process strictly.
