摘要
新疆油田石西石炭系水平井因其油层较深 (垂深 4370m~ 441 0m) ,井底温度高 (约 1 1 0℃ ) ,钻井液密度高达 1 60 g/cm3等技术难点 ,使施工难度很大。文中对石西水平井地质构造、井身轨迹控制、井身结构的优化、大井眼造斜技术等加以介绍 ,特别是SHW 1 6井完钻井深 50 1 6m ,首次取得了高难度深井水平井事故率为零的纪录 ,获得较好的经济效益。
For drilling horizontal well has many technical difficulty in Shixi carboniferous system formation in Xinjiang Oilfield,shch as: oil reservoir is deeper (vertical depth:4 370m~4 410m),bottomhole temperature is high (about 110℃),drilling fluid density is high up to 1.60g/cm 3 etc.,operating difficulty is high.The paper presents geologic structure hole trajectory control,optimizing well structure and building inclination in big hole of Shixi horizontal well.Especially drilling SHW well 16,drilled well deep is 5 016m,it is the first time no problem occurred on deep horizontal well and gets better economic benefit.
