摘要
迄今为止,有关动力学法测定亚硝酸根的报道甚少,笔者实验发现,在磷酸介质中,以溴酸钾氧化中性红,亚硝酸根具有高催化活性,据此,我们研究了适宜的催化反应条件,以及共存离子的影响,从而建立了测定超痕量亚硝酸根的新催化光度法。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining ultratrace amounts of NO2- has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of neutral red by potassium bromate in the solution of diluted H3PO4. The sensitivity of the method is 2. 6 ×10-12 g/mL of nitrogen in NO2-(△A=0. 001, b=1 cm), the linear range of determination is 2. 0× 10-4-8.0×10-3 pg/mL for NO2-. The method has been used to determine trace NO2- in water samples.
