摘要
目的了解广西南宁市2009～2011年婚前医学检查妇女HIV感染情况和发展趋势，为制定预防和控制艾滋病策略提供参考依据。方法从南宁市婚检机构婚前医学检查的存档资料中收集南宁市2009～2011年婚检妇女资料及婚检妇女HIV阳性个案信息，并对所收集资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2009～2011年婚前医学检查妇女HIV阳性率分别是0．033％、0．102％、0．095％，差异无统计学意义（x。=5．247，P=0．073）；105例HIV感染者中，年龄以20～34岁为主，占总数的93．33％；民族以壮族（55／105，52．38％）和汉族（46／105，43．81％）为主；职业以农民为主（62／105，59．05％）；文化程度普遍偏低，其中初中及以下81例（77．14％）；传播途径主要为性传播（83／105，79．05％）。结论2009～2011年南宁市婚前医学检查妇女HIV感染率呈平稳趋势，性传播成为主要传播途径；婚前医学检查是早发现、及时采取干预措施控制HIV感染和传播的重要途径。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and prevalent trend of HIV Infections among women in premarital medical examination in Nanning city, providing scientific basis for preventing and controlling AIDS. Methods The data of healthy women and women with HIV infections in Nanning premarital medical examination institutions from 2009 to 2011 were collected and analyzed. Results From 2009 to 2011, the rate of HIV infection of women in premarital medical examination was 0.033%, 0. 102% and 0. 095% respectively, which had no significant difference among the three groups （X2 =. 5. 247, P = 0.073 ）. Among 105 H1V-infected women, most of them （93.33%） aged from 20 - 34 and were mairdy from Zhuang nationality （55/105, 52.38% ）and Han nationality（46/105,43.81% ）, with an occupation as farmers（62/105,59.05% ）. Generally, they had a poor education background, 81 cases （77.4%） of which graduated from junior high or below. Sexual transmission was the primary way for AIDS transmission （ 83/105,79.05% ）. Conclusion The prevalent trend of HIV Infections among women in premarital medical examination in Nanning city from 2009 to 2011 was stable, and the sexual transmission has been the primary way for AIDS transmission. Furthermore, premarital medical examination is the vital approach to detect and control HIV infection and transmission early and timely.
