摘要
针对现有硫分析方法存在操作繁琐费时、安全性差、污染大的问题,设计了双通道红外硫分析仪;介绍了该仪器的基本工作原理、系统构成、硬件电路和红外分析池的设计。该仪器基于红外光谱吸收原理,利用双通道薄膜热释电传感器精确、快速检测煤炭、矿石等物质中的全硫含量,具有操作简便、分析速度快、灵敏度高的优点。
In view of problems of tedious and time-consuming operation,poor security and serious pollution existed in current sulfur analysis methods,an infrared sulfur analyzer with dual channels was designed.The working principle,structure,designs of hardware circuit and infrared analysis pool of the analyzer were introduced.The analyzer is based on spectrum infrared absorption theory and uses dual channels thin film pyroelectric detectors to detect sulfur content of coal,ore and other substances quickly and accurately.The analyzer has many advantages,such as simple operation,fast analysis and high sensitivity.
