地屈孕酮调整多囊卵巢综合征患者月经周期的临床观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的本文分析应用地屈孕酮对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者调整月经周期的效果。方法选择2012年12月至2013年5月在本生殖中心PCOS患者60例。对于停经且要求调整月经周期的患者应用地屈孕酮撤退性出血,观察撤退性出血时间及持续天数,撤退性出血后内膜厚度及不良反应。结果子宫内膜6~8 mm及>8 mm^14 mm的PCOS患者应用地屈孕酮后撤退性出血均安全有效。两组用药天数及发生撤退性出血时间有显著性差异。两组内膜厚度于撤退性出血后均<6 mm,流血天数和撤血后内膜厚度无显著性差异。结论 PCOS患者应用地屈孕酮调整月经周期安全有效,值得推广。
