摘要
目的探讨预防手术室相关感染因素及护理干预措施,以降低手术室感染风险,提高医疗护理质量。方法通过对手术室人员管理、环境管理、物品管理等有可能导致手术室感染风险的因素采取护理干预。结果通过手术室有效的护理干预措施,建立完善的管理制度及方法,严格执行规章制度,手术室感染管理质量得到规范和提高,确保了工作质量,有效地控制了手术室感染的发生。结论预防手术室感染与降低医院感染率有密切关系,严格执行医院科室规章制度是预防医院感染发生的关键。
OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors for infections in operating rooms and put forward nursing in- terventions so as to reduce the risk for the infections and improve the quality of medical nursing. METHODS The nursing interventions were taken for the risk factors that may lead to the infections in operating rooms, including the management of operating rooms personnel, environmental management, and management of objects. RESULTS Through the effective nursing interventions, a sound management system has been established, the rules and regu- lations have been strictly executed, the quality of infection control in the operating rooms has been improved, the work quality has been ensured, and the infections have been effectively under control in the operating rooms. CONCLUSION The prevention of infections in the operating rooms is closely related to the reduction of incidence of nosocomial infections; it is crucial for the prevention of nosocomial infections to strictly execute the rules and regu- lations of hospital departments.
