摘要
以2-氨基-3-羟基吡啶为原料,固体光气为环化剂合成了甲基吡啶磷杀虫剂重要中间体嗯唑[4,5-b]吡啶-2(3H)酮。考察了溶剂种类、溶剂用量、物料配比对反应的影响。优化的工艺条件为:33g2-氨基-3-羟基吡啶,以70mL吡啶为溶剂,n(光气):凡(2-氨基-3-羟基吡啶):1.1:1,反应温度为60~70℃。优化条件下产品收率达84.31%。
Oxazolo L 4,5-b J pyridine-2 (3H)-one was prepared from 2-amino-3-hydroxypyridine via cyclization with bis (trich|oromethyl)carbonate. The effects of different solvents,solvent amount and reactants ratio on the reaction were investigated. The optimal conditions were as follows:the solvent amount of pyridine of 70 mL,the molar ratio of phosgene to 2-amino-3-hydroxypyridine of 1.1 to 1, reaction temperature of 60~70~C. The yield of product was 84.31%.
