摘要
作为西部地区重要经济增长极的成渝经济区,其工业结构的优化调整对区域经济的健康发展有重要影响.本文以细分工业结构为基准,利用产业结构综合效益和结构贡献,分析2000年以来成渝经济区工业内部行业结构效益的变化特征及成因.研究发现,虽然地区之间工业结构效益差异较大,成都等重点发展地区工业结构效益总体偏低,但是区域工业结构综合效益总体态势良好.其主要原因是过去10余年中的无序招商和产业发展规划引导不力等,从而导致工业结构紊乱.
Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is the most important economic growth pole in west China. The in- dustrial cooperation and division in each subregion is the key base to the formation of industry chain and could make great contribution to the sustainable development of the zone. This paper focuses on characteristics of the change of industrial sector structure in that zone. The study shows a positive changeable tendency of comprehensive benefit on industrial sectors within the industry even though the industrial structure effectiveness among the 14 subregions is quite a difference, and the most important regions such as Chengdu, Deyang and Miangyang have the lowest effec- tiveness compared with the others. It can be resulted from industrial sector structure disorder because of investment promotion and shortage of the guidance of development program.
