摘要
目的以医院信息化建设为基础,构建医院服务水平评价体系,分析信息化建设对医院服务水平的影响,探索提高医院公共服务水平的有效途径。方法基于医院信息化建设,从基础建设、服务能力、工作质量、用户评价等四方面入手,紧密围绕医院不同阶段信息化建设情况,利用层次分析法建立医院公共服务水平等级评价模型,在此基础上运用秩和比法综合评价医院服务水平。结果在医院信息化建设的不同阶段,医院服务水平有明显差异。通过构建医院服务水平评价体系,能够客观评价医院服务水平,有效规避信息化建设风险。
Objective To establish assessment system of hospital public service capacity, analyze the influence of information construction on hospital public service capacity and explore effective methods aimed at the improvement of public service capacity. Method Based on hospital information construction of different stages, we established assessment model of hospital public service capacity through analytic hierarchy process, which was used to assess the service overall by applying RSR method. Result The service level of different stages of information construction had significant difference. By establishing hospital service assessment sys- tem, the service of hospital can be assessed objectively and hazard of information construction can be avoided effectively.
