摘要
目的探讨复方紫归片对白癜风豚鼠模型的治疗作用,阐明其治疗白癜风的机理,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法用过氧化氢复制白癜风豚鼠模型,造模成功,豚鼠随机分为模型组及低、中、高剂量治疗组,设阳性药物对照组及正常对照组,经过复方紫色归片治疗后,分别与模型组及阳性药物组比较,观察用药部位大体改变、治疗总有效率、黑素细胞硫酸亚铁Lillie特殊染色的组织学改变。结果肉眼观察,治疗组肤色变浅程度弱于模型组,高剂量治疗组治疗总有效率高于模型组及阳性药物组(P<0.05),且总有效率随着治疗剂量增加而增高;组织学观察,治疗组豚鼠皮肤表皮基底层、棘层黑色素及毛囊黑色素增多,有黑色素的毛囊数增多,高剂量治疗组有黑色素的毛囊数多于模型组及阳性药物组(P<0.05);且随治疗剂量增大呈现递增趋势。结论复方子归片可以促进有活性的黑素细胞增生,从而促进黑素的生成,对白癜风豚鼠模型有较好的治疗作用。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Zigui Compound Tablets on the treatment of vitiligo guinea pig model and expound its treatment mechanism to provide experimental basis for clinical applications,Methods:Vitiligo guinea pig models were made by hydrogen peroxide and these test guinea pigs were randomly divided into low,medium and high dose groups,a positive control group and a normal control group.After the treatment with Zigui Compound Tablets,a comparison between the model group and the positive drug group was made to observe the changes of administration site,the total effectiveness,and the Lillie special staining histological changes of melanocyte ferrous sulfate.Result:The visual study showed that the complexion of the treatment group become lighter than that of the model group.The total effectiveness of the high-dose treatment group was higher than that of the model group and the positive drug group(P<0.05) and the total effectiveness increased and the dose increased.The histological observation showed that the skin epidermal basal layer,spinous layer and hair follicle melanin of the guinea pigs increased and the number of melanin hair follicle of the high-dose treatment group was more than that of the model group and the positive drug group(P<0.05).With an increasing dose of treatment,there was an increasing trend.Conclusion:Zigui Compound Tablets can promote active melanocyte proliferation and the formation of melanin,thus having a better therapeutic effect on vitiligo guinea pig model.
