摘要
通过介绍在余热发电工程DCS组态中发现一例调节阀阀位反馈不准的问题,剖析在MACSV系统中如何实现模拟量量程调整以解决组态过程中出现的问题。本文提供了DCS对模拟量采集信号量程整定的计算原则,并可作为其他DCS系统中相类似问题的指导。
By introducing a case of question valve position feedback in waste heat power generation projects DCS configuration, this paper analyzes how to implement analog scale adjustments in MACSV system to solve the configuration process problems. It also provides the analog signal scale tuning computing principles to serve as a guide for other DCS systems with similar problems.
