三嗪类盘状分子的合成与性能研究

Synthesis and characterisation of triazine-based disc-shaped molecules

摘要 设计合成了以三嗪核为中心,3条π-π共轭席夫碱为手臂及九条烷氧基链分布于周边的新型杂核盘状分子.采用偏光显微镜(POM)、差热分析(DSC)、MS(Materials studios)等方法对这类物质的液晶性能进行了研究.考察了周边烷氧基链的长度,手臂的共轭长度及手臂上所含连接基团的极性大小对这类化合物液晶性质的影响.结果表明:所合成的化合物能形成室温柱相液晶,增加周边烷氧基链的长度使液晶相变的范围扩大;去除极性较大的酯基连接基团及适当缩短手臂的共轭长度后使得化合物熔点大大降低;UV,PL,CV测试结果进一步证明了它们是一类潜在的电子传输半导体材料. A new kind of disc -shaped compounds with 1,3,5 -triazine core ,three conjugated Schiff- base arm and nine alkoxyl chain at the periphery have been synthesized. The mesomorphic properties of such com- pounds were investigated by polarising optical microscopy (POM) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and materials studio (MS). The influence of the length of alkyl chain and the conjugated arms as well as the polarity of the linking groups on the mesomorphic properties was studied. Such compounds represented room temperature columnar mesophases. Elongation of the alkyl chain, the range of the columnar mesophase was increased. Repla- cing the polar ester group with ether group and reduction the conjugated arms leads to the decreasing of the melt- ing points and enlarging the mesophase ranges. Such compounds could be applied as potential electron - transpor- ting semiconductors as indicated by measuring results of UV, PL and CV.
