摘要
目的研究奥曲肽注射液辅助治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法将50例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分为两组,一组为实验组,一组为对照组,每组25例。其中实验组患者注射奥曲肽,对照组采取垂体后叶素治疗。观察实验组和对照组的止血率和不良反应。结果实验组的止血率达88.0%,对照组的止血率为64.0%;实验组的不良反应发生率为4.0%,对照组的不良反应发生率为40.0%;实验组止血率高于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论奥曲肽注射液在辅助治疗食管癌胃底静脉曲张破裂出血中的临床应用效果显著,值得深入研究和推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of application of octreotide injection as auxiliary treatment for bleeding of ruptured e- sophageal gastric varicosis. Methods A total of 50 patients with esophageal gastric varicosis were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, 25 cases in each group. Patients in experimental group were treated with injection of octreotide and patients in control group were treated with injection of pituitrin. The hemostatic rate and adverse reactions in experimental group and control group were observed. Results The hemostatic rate in experimental group was 88.0%, and it in control group was 64.0%. The incidence of adverse reactions in experi- mental group was 4.0%, and it was 40.0% in control group. The hemostatic rate in experimental group was higher than that of control group, its adverse reaction rate was lower than that of control group, and the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of octreotide injection as adjuvant therapy for treatment of hemorrhage caused by rupture of esophageal gastric varicosis is remarkable, and it is worthy to be further studied and clinically applied.
