摘要
目的观察宫腔镜电切手术中米索前列醇软化宫颈的临床效果。方法将我院在2011年1月—2013年1月收治的120例行宫腔镜电切手术患者随机分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组各60例患者。观察组术前将400μg米索前列醇放置于患者阴道后穹隆内;对照组术前进行利多卡因宫颈注射。观察对比两组患者的宫颈软化效果及手术并发症的情况。结果观察组的宫颈软化效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇应用于宫腔镜电切手术软化宫颈的临床效果十分显著,具有良好的软化宫颈的效果,值得在宫腔镜电切手术中推广、应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of hysteroscopic operation of misoprostol on cervical. Methods In our hospi-tal in 2011 January-2013 year in January 120 cases of hysteroscopic operation were randomly divided into two groups, the obser-vation group and control group, each group 60 patients. The patients of the observation group 400ug misoprostol placed in the pos-terior fornix of vagina patients in control group; preoperative cervical injection of lidocaine. The two groups were observed in, pa-tients with cervical softening effect and operation complications,. Results The group of cervical softening effect was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion The application of misoprostol in hysteroseopic operation clinical effect of cervical softening is very significant, with good cervical softening effect, worthy of promotion, application of cutting in hysteroscopic operation.
