应用HPLC-ICP-MS法同时测定富硒大蒜中砷的形态 被引量:11

摘要 采用HPLC-ICP-MS法测定富硒大蒜中5种砷的形态。样品经超声萃取,以5mmol/L磷酸氢二铵溶液+10mmol/L硝酸铵溶液为流动相,采用阴离子色谱柱分离,ICP-MS定性定量检测。5种砷形态分离效果良好,线性范围为0 ng/mL^100.0 ng/mL,相关系数均在0.999以上,加标回收率在89.5%~108.2%之间,相对标准偏差为0.68%~4.2%(n=6)。应用该方法分析了市售富硒大蒜样品中的砷,发现主要以一甲基砷形态存在。 The method for determination of arsenic species in selenium-enriched garlic by HPLC-ICP-MS has been developed. Samples were extracted with ultrasonic. Then separated by HPLC on a negative column utilizing a gradient elution program of 5 mmol/L (NH4)2HP04 and 10 mmol/L NH4NO3 as the mobile phase. Identification and quantification were achieved by ICP-MS. Good linearities of 5 arsenie species were observed with correlation coefficients above 0.999, the linear range is 0 ng/mL-100.0 ng/mL. Recoveries were between 89.5 % to 108.2 % and the relative standard deviation were within 0.68 %-4.2 % (n=6). Selenium-enriched garlic from the market were analyzed according to the presented method hereby,which showed that MMA is the main species.
