摘要
水溶性星形聚合物以功能性基团为星核,在星核上连接3~6个长链线性聚丙烯酰胺链,不仅增黏性能良好,还具有较好的耐温抗盐能力.研究胜利油田高温高盐油藏条件下线形聚合物MO—4000及星形聚合物SD--6800溶液的增黏性能、耐温性能、抗盐性能、抗钙性能和长期热稳定性;通过物理模拟实验分析聚合物MO-4000及SD-6800溶液的阻力因数、残余阻力因数和驱油效率等性能.结果表明:星形聚合物SD-6800溶液的表观黏度可以达到31mPa·S,耐温抗盐性能优于聚合物MO~4000溶液的;在温度75℃、总矿化度19334mg/L(二价阳离子514mg/L)条件下,热老化90d后,聚合物SD-6800溶液的表观黏度可以达到27mPa·s.星形聚合物SD-6800溶液的综合性能优于线形聚合物MO-4000溶液的.
Water-soluble star polymers are known to not only be able to improve the viscosity efficiently,but also to be heat resistant and salt resistant,which come from the mechanism that the core is composed of functional groups and connected with 3or 5linear polyacrylamide molecules.In this work,the viscosification property,heat and salt resistance,calcium tolerance,and long-term thermal stability of linear polymer MO4000and star polymer SD-6800were investigated under the circumstances of high temperature and high salinity conditions in Shengli oilfield.The resistance coefficient,residual resistance factor and displacement efficiency of SD-6800have also been studied by physical simulation experiments.Experimental results showed that SD-6800exhibits better heat and salt resistant performance than those of MO-4000.The apparent viscosity of SD-6800solution reached 31mPa·s.Under the conditions of 75℃,total salinity of 19 334mg/L(divalent-cation content of 514mg/L),the apparent viscosity of SD-6800was still 27mPa·s after thermal aging for 90days.The comprehensive performance of star polymer SD-6800is better than that of MO-4000.
