HER-2/neu癌基因与肿瘤的生成及演进 被引量：1

摘要 HER- 2 / neu癌基因产物是 185 k D的具酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性的待定生长因子受体 ,属 EGFR家族。 HER- 2在乳腺癌、NSC、L C卵巢癌、胃癌、结直肠癌中扩增并过量表达 ,与药物抗性及不良预后有关。本文综述了 HER- 2癌基因与乳腺癌、卵巢癌的生成及演进关系研究进展。HER- 2癌基因可能是 WTP5 3、WTPRb基因作用的靶子 ,其生瘤作用与其对凋亡的抑制。
