摘要
"校中厂"作为创新型的校企合作模式,使学校与企业利用各自的资源优势,通过合作实现共建、共享、共赢。通过对"校中厂"校企合作模式形成背景、内涵及特点进行分析,提出"校中厂"校企双方在开展师资培训、人才培养、企业员工入职培训以及技术合作等方面深度合作的有效途径。
＂Factory in school＂ , as an innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation, makes full use of their respective resources and cooperation to achieve co-building, sharing, and win-win. Through the analysis of the forming background of ＂factory in school＂ mode, its connotation and characteristics, the paper proposes effective approaches of the depth of cooperation mode in teacher training, personnel training, corporate employee training and technical cooperation between school and enterprise of ＂factory in school＂.
