摘要
目的:观察针刀治疗配合微量曲安奈德膝关节腔灌注治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:128例膝骨性关节炎患者,男52例,女76例。采用针刀配合微量曲安奈德膝关节腔灌注治疗。结果:128例中,治愈69例,好转38例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率96.09%。结论:针刀治疗配合微量曲安奈德膝关节腔灌注治疗膝骨性关节炎,治愈率高;值得推广使用。
Objective： To observe the effect on treating knee osteoarthritis by acupotomy plus knee joint cavity perfusion of triamcinolone acetonide. Methods： 128 cases, male 52 cases, female 76 cases. They were treated by acupotomy plus knee joint cavity perfusion of triamcinolone acetonide. Results： In 128 cases, 69 cases were cured, 38 cases improved, 16 cases effective, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.09%. Conclusion： Treating knee osteoarthritis by acupotomy plus knee joint cavity perfusion of triamcinolone acetonid, the cure rate is high; it is worth to promote the use.
