摘要
目的:建立以气-质联用(GC-MS)测定双脑酚溶液中苯酚、樟脑及薄荷脑含量的分析方法。方法:以DB-5 MS(0.25mm×30 m)弹性石英毛细管柱为色谱柱,氦气作为载气,萘为内标,采用程序升温,初始温度80℃恒温2 min,以30℃·min-1的速率升温至150℃,维持6 min,进样口温度250℃,内标法测定样品中3种成分的含量。结果:苯酚的浓度线性范围为18.8-188.0μg·ml-1(r1=0.996 6),回收率为100.6%;樟脑的浓度线性范围为19.6-196.0μg·ml-1(r2=0.997 4),回收率为99.76%;薄荷脑的浓度线性范围为10.4-104.0μg·ml-1(r3=0.993 4),回收率为100.71%。结论:本气-质联用测定方法快速、灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于控制双脑酚溶液中有效成分的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of phenol,camphor and menthol in compound pennyroyal solution by GC-MS.METHODS The DB-5 MS flexible fused silica capillary column(0.25 mm30 m)was applied in the analysis with helium as carrier gas and naphthalene as the internal standard.The temperature was programmed from initial column temperature at 80℃for 2 min,rose to 150℃at the rate of 30℃·min-1 for 6 min.The injector temperature was 250℃.The contents of phenol,camphor and menthol were determined with SIM mode internal standard.RESULTS The calibration curves of phenol,camphor and menthol were respectively linear in the ranges of 18.8-188.0μg·ml-1(r1 =0.996 6),19.6- 196.0μg·ml-1(r2 =0.997 4)and 10.4-104.0μg·ml-1(r3 =0.993 4),and the recoveries were 100.6%,99.76% and 100.71%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is quick,accurate and also suitable for quality control of compound pennyroyal solution.
