摘要
目的:探讨外后双切口入路治疗外踝后踝骨折的疗效。方法:2008年1月~2013年3月,笔者采用外后双切口入路治疗外踝后踝骨折56例,评价踝关节功能及骨折愈合情况。结果:本组56例患者均获得随访10~15个月,平均12.5个月。踝关节功能评价:优38例,良16例,不良2例,优良率96.43%。全部患者均获得骨性愈合,骨性愈合时间11~17w,平均12.9w。结论:外后双切口入路是治疗外踝后踝骨折的良好入路,显露清楚、组织创伤小。
Objective：To approach the summary of two incisal opening approach to treat bone fracture of external malleolus and ventral condyle. Methods：Between January 2008 and March 2013,56 patients of bone fracture of external malleolus and ventral condyle were treated with two ineisal opening approach, to appraise ankle-joint function and union of fracture. Resuhs：All patients were followed average 12.5 months（ 10-15 months）. Ankle-joint function：38 patients were well, 16 patients were good, 2 patients were no good,the good and acceptal^le rat was 96.43%. All patients gained bone union,the time of bone union was average 12.9 months（11-17months）. Conclusion：The approach of two incisal opening is a modus operandi to treat bone fracture of external malleolus and ventral condyle, reveal clear and tiny insult.
