基于gyrB序列Taqman实时荧光PCR检测在MTC鉴定中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的:初步分析基于gyrB序列的Taqman实时荧光PCR在MTC(结核分枝杆菌复合群)鉴定中的应用。方法:根据MTC gyrB序列设计引物和探针,应用荧光定量PCR对14株标准株及90株临床分离株进行临床研究,并与测序法结果进行比较。结果:14株标准株中,非洲分枝杆菌与结核分枝杆菌结果为阳性,其余结果为阴性;30株临床分离株与ITS测序比较,有1株NTM结果为阳性,1株MTC结果为阴性,其余菌株检测结果与测序结果符合,分析特异度高;将60株临床分离株的检测结果与测序结果进行比较,得到该方法的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均为100%。结论:采用基于gyrB序列的Taqman荧光PCR可快速检测和鉴别MTC和NTM。
