摘要
从知识管理视角,将存在于运动员身上的隐性知识、能力、经验、运动员精神、社会关系归结为运动员的隐性人力资本。优秀退役运动员的隐性人力资本能否成功转化为他人或组织的人力资本,是影响退役运动员能否成功实现角色转换的重要因素,也是影响我国竞技体育事业能否可持续发展的关键因素。分析退役运动员隐性人力资本转化过程中存在的问题和障碍,提炼优秀运动员退役后隐性人力资本成功转化的影响因素和转换路径,构建优秀运动员隐性人力资本转化机理模型,为优秀运动员职业生涯设计、促进我国竞技体育健康发展提供理论借鉴。
This paper considers that athlete human capital possess heterogeneity and implicit human capital,which include implicit knowledge,ability, experience,athletic sprits and social network,exerts a great influence on elite retired athletes' career transition as well as the sustainable development of competitive sports in China. This paper defined athlete implicit human capital,and analyzed the problems in their career transition from knowledge management perspective. By analyzing concerned literatures and typical cases of elite retired athletes' successful transformation,this paper concludes five influencing factors in the process of elite retired athlete implicit human capital transition,and builds the transformation mechanism of implicit human capital for elite retired athletes.
