Bcl-2和Survivin在宫颈癌中的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 细胞凋亡是基因调控下的细胞程序性死亡,是机体维持生长发育、正常生理功能及清除受损细胞的需要[1].在正常生物体内,细胞凋亡与增值处于动态平衡状态,一旦这种平衡被打破就会造成多种疾病的发生.已有研究表明,恶性肿瘤的发生与原癌基因的激活、抑癌基因的失活、环境因素、遗传因素等多种因素有关.随着长期以来对细胞凋亡的深入研究发现,细胞凋亡的受阻与肿瘤的发生及发展密切相关.宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,其发生率在女性恶性肿瘤中仅次于乳腺癌.在中国,近20年宫颈癌的发病率逐年增加,且呈年轻化趋势[2].国内外实验研究表明,宫颈癌的发生、发展与细胞凋亡机制的紊乱密切相关.目前已发现,Bcl-2基因和Survivin基因的表达产物是强有力的细胞凋亡抑制蛋白.本文就近年来Bcl-2、Survivin在宫颈癌中的研究进展及临床意义进行综述.
