摘要
以未经浓缩处理的过氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)为原料,通过动力学实验考察了不同类型的阳离子交换树脂催化CHP分解制苯酚的催化活性,实验表明,干型树脂比湿型树脂具有更高的催化活性.为了该工艺的小试实验,搭建了反应精馏塔,其操作在57kPa的真空度下,并采用干型树脂作为催化剂.小试实验结果表明,CHP和二甲基苄醇(DMBA)的转化率均达到100%,且在塔内可实现苯酚和丙酮的分离.通过实验证明了CHP分解制苯酚的反应精馏工艺具有技术可行性.本研究所得结论可为进一步的过程开发,如过程模拟和优化提供重要帮助.
The technical feasibility of the reactive distillation(RD)process for phenol production through catalytic decomposition of cumene hydroperoxide(CHP)is confirmed experimentally,and the raw material of this process is non-concentrated CHP.Catalytic decomposition of CHP was investigated by experiment respectively using two different types of cation exchange resins as catalyst.Results show that the catalytic activity of the dry type of resin is significantly higher than that of the wet type.A continuously operating RD column in the laboratory scale was built in this work,which was operated in vacuum of 57kPa and used the dry type of resin as catalyst.As results,the conversion of CHP and dimethylbenzyl alcohol(DMBA)can both reach 100%.In addition,acetone and phenol can be separated effectively and simultaneously in column.Experimental results in this work can provide significant help for further process development,such as simulation and optimization.
